Zwiebel, regardless of the number of maf, do you agree about Brett being one of them? If yes, then Sportsguy's idea would work perfectly. We can lynch Lock today, Brett on day 6, and if the game didn't end, you could lynch me next. Either way, town is going to win.

If your town, and you get lynched at 3... and there's four maf... doesnt mean that maf wins?

Fank, I'm convinced that won't happen. We all seem to agree about Lock and Brett, and as I've said before, I think there are only 3 mafia. You guys think I could be saying that to throw off the town, but I wouldn't intentionally do that if I was town, so if there are 4 maf, it would make sense that I'm the 4th one. Looking at the other players still alive, no one else reads as mafia to me. I trust that you, Silver, Sportsguy, and Zwiebel are town, and for the most part, I think you guys trust each other. If Lock and Brett get lynched and the game doesn't end, you guys would know that I'm maf and would lynch me next. We have nothing to lose by lynching them, town can only win now.

looks like we differ in opinion in terms of sportsguy/jcop

You seen J-cop's recent post? would he really give in that easily as maf??? sportsguy seems way too happy with the situation that looks to unfold.

Brett- sportsguy relationship somewhat doesnt make sense at times, but it's the only thing that makes sense... (unless silver got extremely lucky...)

but I think the big q that should be asked is...

day over.

The day drew to a close. The final bouts to be played in the next couple of days. The combatants grew wary of a guy in a hat, always hiding in the shadows. They were right to be. They cornered him and searched him. He had marks all over his body, inline with mysterious killings all week. He was M.Bison. Head of the Shadaloo and mafia.

Lock was M.Bison, he was mafia scum.

Night 5 will start tomorrow at 1pm uk time.

Night 5

It had been a strong championships for Ryu, he had been sparring daily with Ken before he died. After much contemplation Ryu decided the best thing to do would be to go to the temple to pray for those lost during the championships. Knowing he can defend himself he didn’t think twice about setting off after sunset up the mountain to where the temple resided.

However half way up Ryu sensed a presence. He called out “who goes there?” and was met with a bellowing laugh.

“Sagat!!” Ryu cried out. “Fight me like a man”.

At this point a looming shadow grew long on the bend in the road leading up to the temple. Out of the Shadows stood a tall figure. Ryu recognised his nemesis immediately and took stance. He gestured and Sagat raised his knee to his familiar Thai stance. Ryu took the opportunity to jump in with a hard kick and Sagat blocked high. Sagat got some soft punches in to Ryu’s stomach but Ryu shook that off and mustered up as much energy as he could to create the fireball in his hands. He took all his focus and was about to release it with passion when he heard the flicker of a grunt behind him. Ryu then felt a massive blow to the back of the head with a firm glove. The fireball broke and he fell to the ground. Sagat ceased the opportunity and kicked and kicked till Ryu’s body lay there motionless. Sagat picked up Ryu’s broken body and held it aloft. Balrog wound up his punch and connected hard sending Ryu’s body tumbling over the edge of the cliff.

Ryu has died. Zweibel was Ryu.

Day 6 starts at 1pm today (I will unlock the thread at 1pm).

No posts from Lock or Brett. Silver's only post says he'll post more later but he never does. Sportsguy votes at the start of the day then never comes back...

Fank, I think it's down to you and me at this point. I was wrong about M. Bison not being a character in this, but I still think it's 3 maf, not 4. Every good character is accounted for and mine is the only one with a counterclaim. Silver and Sportsguy claimed early, and you did too iirc, so I have no reason to think any of you are maf. Should we try to end the day early?

However the fact you're bothering to care if you think it's 3 scum means that you know there's 4 scum. So I'm going with that theory.

If there's 3 scum, then one scum is in me and J-Cop. Lynch me, J-Cop kills one of the clears, then at 3 way the remaining 2 townies vote J-Cop for gg.

Bottom line is Jon, if there's 3 scum, just give up and don't waste the next 48 hours of my life for the inevitable town victory.

I know this, but there's enough evidence to go either way. The main thing for me now is that besides Brett, I don't think anyone else still alive could be mafia. You guys claimed characters relatively early, with Silver and Sportsguy being the first to do so, and you shortly after. If there are 4 maf, that means one good character was left out. The odds of one of you guys correctly guessing which one it is are pretty low, especially when there were so many left unclaimed at the time.

I don't think you are maf.
I don't think Silver is maf.
I don't think Sportsguy is maf.

That's reason enough for me to believe there were 3 to begin with.

If Brett comes up mafia then that would confirm that J-cop is town. So that would leave Fank or Silver. I would lean toward Fank as being the last mafia member solely because of his "no-name" character. Let's just hope the game ends when Brett is lynched.
