Some goals...

1. Attend CDM 2014 and learn to speak better Frénché with the players there.

2. Continue to train my young apprentices

3. Start an extremely unhealthy OCD infested project with MC1 NTSC NBT (but not necessarily get 55" this year)

4. Get some PRs here and there where i feel like it.

5. Continue keeping the truth from Maia Hasso, that Grand Prix is NOT pronounced "Grand Pricks"

6. Relax

7. Set another little PR on KB2 NTSC NBT 5-lap.

27. Learn some more Battle Mode.

The classic% completion (minimum requirement to generate one of the alternate ending cutscenes) WR is slightly over 8.5 hours at the moment. That is without abusing taxi transport. Any% (with taxi abuse) WR is 8 hours flat at the moment.

Of course I play classic%, as it's a lot more fun and GTA is about driving, not about skipping travel. I'm part of a co-op project with Patrick and J4sp3rr (NLG member), where each of us controls 1 of the 3 main characters and we pass the controller around to the appropriate player when there is a character switch in-game. It's a lot of fun to do and we will submit this idea to speedrunning marathons. Our current PR is still far away from WR at 11 hours. But we're still learning.

I haven't played GTA IV as much as GTA V, but from I can remember V is even harder. At least you die extremely quickly in shoot-outs if you don't take cover, etc. And traffic is more intense as well (higher density also).

But yeah, shoot-outs vs CPU remain very tricky and in a lot of cases it is better to be a little cautious, than to rush it GoldenEye style.

Well, it's the best and most complete GTA game I've ever played. It combines all the best elements of previous GTA games into 1 package (San Andreas' feel of free-roaming and interesting sidequests, IV's cinematic storyline, etc.). It's like a best of package really.

In short I really enjoyed it from start to finish and the comedy is pure genius at times.
The only aspect of the game that is below average for a GTA game is the radio. Both the song selection and radio chat are a few steps down from the awesomeness of 3, Vice City and San Andreas especially.
