If you miss a week of work, your team has to work harder to run the business, say twice as hard to meet the current output. You can have some girls answer phone calls and do other simple jobs that week too.

Ideas for fun side tournaments during cdm 2014:

1) TT Team relay competition, players for teams of 5 to do TT 1 tries against other teams (knockout style) with each person driving ~1 lap each before passing the controller to the next player. Each track would have a designated handover zone where players must switch, for example on BC2 this would be easy as could be set as the long straight before the finish line but on something like KB2 could get interesting and could set the handover zone as in an evil place (effectively forcing players to nearly stop when doing the handover ... or take a risk). Could also be done in match race or GP (actually match race sounds most fun, if you can get 10 people round a single tv that is).

2) SMK PES cross, players play 1st to 5, alternating between playing SMK and PES. A win in SMK equals 1 pt and a goal in PES equals 1pt (pause game after goal is scored, and resume after the smk round. Could also be done in combination with other games (bomberman for example).

3) I was reaching a bit far with 2) so I'll stop now.
