Might even help to cut the water after the boost with a sharper angle.

I want to go for the GOD time today.
What are the factors for not having a replay? Is it only the time?
Is there no faster video than 8"94? Karel wrote something about a 8"88 in the news update.

Edit: I just saw Mario's 8"74 video and the splits are quite fast I think. So, it is not about the time?

Well I think the only way to make rather sure you get a replay of your lap without desynch is to get rid off a minimal (but necessary) amount of blocks to start lap 2 the "soonest" you can, and perform your BIJ lap in this second lap, not after. Then drive the rest of the race properly to have a 1'2x / 1'3x time that will not prevent you from having a replay (I think there's a permanent risk above 2 minutes).

I drove a 8"88 in January that had a desynched replay, Karel probably talks about this one:

(check my post about the desynch 2-3 messages below)

The best available video is Pierre's 8"94. Good luck Seby.

MKDD is not technical at all

Gaming Guru Extraordinaire (© Sargoth) – SMK '09, '13, '14 POY, former #1 (PAL: August 2013 - May 2017 / NTSC: March '14 - April '17) – 80/80 M+ PRs

The feeling of being a world champion is intoxicating, and I didn't want to ever not be the world champion again. Then I realized it didn't matter that much since I had nothing more to prove and achieved my most important goal(s).

To be really sure, I would just record the whole session. If you take out a block at a weird angle it might already be enough to off-synch the replay.
And I didn't realize 8"94 was still the fastest vid available...do something about that will ya Seb!?

Since the capture device I bought doesn't work with the snes (but with the n64 and gamecube... ) I won't be able to record the whole session.

I probably will clear the left and middle block section and hope to get a replay. And I won't waste so much time and restart after the second lap.

Basically NBT VL2 is only of any real use in certain scenarios of Match Race and maybe GP. Come to the next CDM Nick and we will show you Wink

also if you use Princess/Yoshi on TT

GP...if 50cc or 100cc
MR...hmmm Roll Eyes
TT...useless like you said, but it might be helpful if you use Peach or Yoshi
