It's about time we got this done.
For the SC standards, I feel that, since SC racing is mostly about performing extremely hard techniques while maintaining good driving, tracks that require a hard SC shouldn't also require ZZMT's all over the place (I would feel differently if we were making these 10 years ago, but... we're not), and it wouldn't be fair to some of old school players who had really good times but no ZZMT's.
Here are some ideas that I wrote down for a sort of idea template, etc.:

I don't know what we should do for tracks such as Ribbon Road, though. A legitimate 3/3 run has never been done and will never be done, so do we base it off an extremely good 1/3 run (i.e. 47"00, which very few can get), or do we make it completely unrealistic, to where it will never be done? I personally believe we shouldn't go with the latter, but that's up for the community to decide, obviously. I thought I'd kickstart this thread since I know a good deal more about the SC's / techniques / strength of WR's than most others here would.
So yeah, SC standards are on the table now.
