In 5 years and 4 months, the entire MKWii community, with millions of hours of combined playtime as a whole, has only managed to shave off just over a minute and 14 seconds on the total time trial times. That's about a .038 second cut per day.

It's sort of like we just eliminated the time it takes to complete GCN Peach Beach in this game.
