A WR History page that includes-

Track name
Name of person who achieved the record
How long it took for the person to finish gameplay
Nationality of the person who achieved the record
When the person achieved the record (date)

Extras-

-All WR ties should be included with all info described above
-A link to the video (if possible)
-In 3-lap gameplay, how long it took to finish each lap, and if the track is broken up into sections, how fast it took to finish each section
-How many mushrooms were used in each lap/section
-Character/Vehicle
