The actual BKS would be 0.000, but the section 3 time is complementary of section 2.
The real sec2-3 split is sec2's, and sec3 splits adds whats missing for the frame-splits glitch... except +0.001
So the total run added up must come to one of these .x01 .x17 .x34 .x51 .x67 .x84
(Normally, sec3 should never go over 0.017 when doing the second glitch)

In other words, some complicated shit that you shouldn't bother trying to understand.

This isn't the most recent thread for BKS actually, it just that it has been bumped for some reason.
