Old Cheaters

Hi all, for the past month or so, I've been creating a world record chronology for MKDD, extending from November 18, 2003 to present day. Some people's times in the early days seem a little too good to be true and their names do not appear on the site now. I'm just looking for some confirmation that these people are or are NOT cheaters.

~~Guillaume Bertrand~~ confirmed cheater.
~~Milosz Malkinski~~ most likely cheater
~~Daniel Viebrock~~ cleared
~~Frederic Billaudel~~ confirmed cheater
~~Ruokai Chen~~ cleared

If there's anyone else who you think I should be on the lookout for, lemme know. Thanks! Wink

He may just not have had the right proof requirements at the time -- we had him on the F-Zero gx rankings site at the same time as the super early MKDD days (mid-late 2003) and had no issues with him then.
