While that may be good for style points, you're limiting your own progress on Sami's site.

See above, you're making it overly hard on yourself doing it all without NBT, but Matthias Boucher ("Gatchan") has an Emperor A timesheet on NTSC that's all Non-NBT.
Andrew K wrote on 12/31/12 at 03:18:48:20/40 Emperors (hard, need 5 more)
Much, much harder to get Emperors without NBT, since you're expeced to use it at this level.
Andrew K wrote on 12/31/12 at 03:18:48:All times King B or better (easy, need GV1, KB1, CI2, and VL1 5laps)
I'd like this as well. Like you, I'm being held back largely by KB1 and CI2.
Andrew K wrote on 12/31/12 at 03:18:48:All flaps in top 20 (easy, only need MC2 and GV3)
Well if you want State Record on MC2 flap that's one of the two right there

GV3 is definitely one of the hardest ones.
Andrew K wrote on 12/31/12 at 03:18:48:Keep GV2 CR (will need to pray that Tyler or even Nick doesn't beat it)
I don't expect to beat this TBH, Tyler is probably a much bigger threat. Even my current 11"74 was with NBT.

I've done this. The 5/5 should be your true goal.
Andrew K wrote on 12/31/12 at 03:18:48:MC3 non-NBT sub 1'31
Of course, since I have 1'31"00. I could have gotten it slightly lower still, so by the time you get this sub you may not be guaranteed a State Record
Andrew K wrote on 12/31/12 at 03:18:48:Learn how to do KB1 waterslides consistently
I'm quite nonplussed by the KB1 watersliding strat myself, I lose way, way too much speed and can't really figure out what I do wrong. It's what's keeping me in the lower Kings on this course. Plus if I don't put up a better 5lap some time, you can clearly see what will inevitably happen...
Andrew K wrote on 12/31/12 at 03:18:48:VL1 sub 54
This shouldn't be too hard for you at all! I had a 53"9x Non-NBT. You'll probably want a State Record to go along with it anyway.
Andrew K wrote on 12/31/12 at 03:18:48:BC3 sub 1'30
You can really prove yourself by beating me to this goal, since I've switched to NBT here.
