After Toad's rMC2, he had MC WR. I let Okami look at Toad's MC video. (He beat Okami's WR.) And he recognised it as a legit run.
And Toad's proof of his DH WR (miiverse+ video top and bottom screen) was very good.

So Pe rsonally, I don't think he cheated another WR. I wouldn't delete any of his times, for now.
But others say that we should delete him as a player because he cheated once. I also understand that opinion.
It's an approach that you have choose I guess.

Any top 10 or WR time he sets from his rMC2 incident onwards must have video proof or exhaustive photo proof imo

In MKW, when a player cheated and passed their time off as real one, would any of his/her future times be counted? Because, if they are not counted, I don't see the reason for not counting their future times but counting their past times. Because that is what we are doing, right? Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

If a player passed their fake time off as a real one, they cannot be trusted. So, they cannot be trusted for the past or the future. This is why right now, I think a WR history site should be changed. What do other people think?

The problem I have with removing any of Toad's times which have/had video evidence is that it reduces the accuracy of the top 10s and WR history. My opinion on Toad's rMC2 is that he was "playing" with us a bit. He recorded vids of him playing CTs so I don't feel he was trying to claim that time as a WR. If he wanted it to be counted as a WR, he would've tried harder. Eg recording a video of the splits and doing a dance or whatever lmao. There's no proof Toad actually has NTR, etc on his 3DS so he might not even be able to hack. We just have to be more careful around Toad than other players. We need to only count the times that have a video of the run, or at least a video of him sitting at the start line and showing his ghost pass and finish. I tested with a hacked ghost and if a ghost finishes 3 laps, it's legit.

I would agree if MKW and MK8 didn't exist. Just like with how the PP is one big entity across all the games, the history site should be the same. Thus whatever establishments made should apply to every game, and well, applying your idea contradicts what MKW/8 have been doing for all this time.  

Anyway, these are all just how I feel. I'll be fine with whatever future decision is made.
