As much as I like the kid he crossed the line. He admitted he knew Jay hacked some PR's for over a year.
But the worst thing is, he admitted he helped Jay. He drove a DKSC pr for Jay which Jay used as his pr. He is part of this. Thomas is part of this disgrace.

Thomas really doesn't care about a legit AF. Keep a lie like this is awfull. He really feels sorry and I kinda feel sorry for the kid. But for me truth and legiticamy is the most important.

I'm not sure if Thomas needs a ban cuz of this. I want to hear some from other people.

That's pretty bad...I know Brett and Andy weren't deleted for their collusion a while back, but neither of them were suspected of TASing. This hurts Thomas's own case quite a bit.

I am not sure as to what action should be taken against him, however. Let the whole community decide that one. It's more confusing when (as far as we know) his own PRs are indeed legitimate...

You ain't really a smart guy. There was a period were Jay had a dksc pr that was driven by thomas, and prob viseversa. That's against the rules.

How can you say that Jay improved the dksc time when the dude is a fucking cheater btw? He got the new time without cheating you think?

Likewise, so did Andy and Brett. Neither are banned. What it boils down to is that Jay is gone, so any/all times of his have no meaning here now.

Te real question is if Thomas has any times driven by Jay, in which case a ban may be necessary. But for doing something two friends did years before with no penalty (other than a bit of shame) to warrant a ban? No.

Unless Jay made some PRs for Thomas to use, I dont think there is a warrant for a ban. I am very sad that Thomas would not tell us about Jay TASing earlier, and also that he drove DKS PRs for Jay.

But Jay is off the PP now, so him driving DKS pr's doesn't matter and there is no mention on any of the site rules that not posting about a TASer warrents a ban. Him defending Jay physically does nothing to his own timesheet, assuming he drove it himself of course. Also the Brett/Andy case was left without any banning, so why should this one?

This does however put Thomas in a bad light I do agree.

If this is true, then I would normally have thought it would result in Thomas being banned.
However, considering Andy and Brett weren't deleted (I have no idea why), then no action can be taken against him unless Andy and Brett are both removed too (although from Mr.L's post in another thread, it seems like Andy has already gone).
If Thomas is kept on the site, by the argument that his timesheet was and is legitimate at all times, then obviously this situation casts a shadow on his legitimacy. Therefore while he is pr'ing he should stream regularly, and provide videos for every single one of his prs (now he's at the top I would doubt he'd pr tooo often now, so a low quality video shouldn't be hard to produce), in a similar way that Fenner did. Also, after doing all this, he should never receive a green tick, because unfortunately we can never fully and unreservedly trust him from now on (which is what a green tick should signify for everyone from here on in imo).

As I don't think Jay has been to Thomas' house, to sort out the "Jay did PR's for Thomas" situation why don't you go Mick style and ask him to do a timescroll (probably only for 3laps at the moment). If there's PR's on there slower than what there is on his timesheet then you know that he's been bending the rules. On the other hand if they're all the same then I don't think he should be removed. It was stupid for him to do that and I think it would be better if he was put on to tighter strings rather than removing him right away.

Difference between the me/Andy case is 1. he never drove any times for me, and 2. I never intended on him submitting the time on the PP, I came clean about the issue as soon as I saw what had happened. It was supposed to be more of a joke but when he put it on the PP that took it too far for me, so I deleted his time and put it back to whatever since I don't think I was on the PP at the time.

Jay has never been to my house if you guys were wondering, and also about that DKS pr, i was bored and went tting on his wii, and yes i beat his time, what do you guys want me to do? restart? cant i even finish a run for the fun? it was jays choice to send it to the PP, i couldnt hold him back since hes much stronger then me.
I just dont see the point for removing me when i did nothing wrong :L
