Just to be absolutely sure, as if the language of his Wii wasn't enough proof, he mentions in his non-WR Mario Kart video that he is now Continental champ. This clearly means he isn't from Asia, since the WR at the time of upload was Japanese.
I'm curious as to how you know he was playing on a European ISO, Blaze. I'm not trying to disagree, just interested in your logic. How do we know he isn't just an American with terrible English who calls football by its correct name? Your comment about the space before the "?" is interesting too, I hadn't noticed that before.
Hopefully I'm not reading too far into this, but the fact that he says, "I'm NOW continental champ", means that he wasn't champ when 1'46"681 was set. This would limit his area to Europe since Mander's top 10 on May 17th has the 10th place time at 1'46"700 (with no Dude in the top 10). May 18th shows Dude with 1'46"289 and (if he was European) the Continental champ. The 10th place time, 1'46"630 means that unless an American player got a time between 1'46"681 and 1'46"630 in the 24 hour period between May 17th and May 18th, it's safe to assume Dude is European.
I probably should have mentioned this in the post, but there are differences in the ingame translations across the English versions of American and European ISOs.

Obviously, there's a major difference between these examples, and it's clear that Dude is using the former of the two.
For some reason I never considered the fact that his language, while European-translated, is STILL in English, meaning that he could just be from the UK. Still, his bad spelling goes beyond that of a kid who sucks at writing, so I honestly don't know what to think.
However, looking at the end of his WR video, he posts a few words that give me some hints that he might be from somewhere else.

He also has a pretty noticeable idiosyncraticy in all of his posts, where he capitalizes the first letter of every nouns he writes, which is something unique to the German language.
While more uncommon, based on my experience with German MKW players, I have seen Germans use the typical French-styled space between their punctuation before.
