What do you mean by this? There are a good amount of 1st month WR Holders that no one knows, and for them they just made their mkwrs name the same as their mii name. In order to prove a WR the mii name has to be there.
Or do you mean unintentionally hoarded WRs? There was a case of it where a wr was proven to have been set in 2008 but wasn't revealed until 2010 or so. It never counted as a WR since it was unintentionally hoarded.

By unknown, I don't mean someone that this forum doesn't know, I mean that we have information that a time was set on a certain and WAS a world record, but that history has lost the name of the player who set it.

Here's an example:

I removed this. I forgot what prompted me to think this but I remember coming to the conclusion that it's very unlikely it was wr. I was never sure about it in the first place, so I guess that wasn't clear. A Japanese person might also be helpful since it's not entirely clear what's being communicated in the conversation going off of google translate.

This isn't related to what is currently being discussed but I noticed that when using the Snapshot feature if a country only has 1 current WR in the No SC category then it won't show up in the Nation WR Talley. It might also be the same normally when viewing current WRs but I'm unsure because that scenario isn't happening right now. For example when Daniel got his WR on MG No SC on August 31, 2020 it was the only WR to be standing at the time from Ireland and was in the No SC category and didn't show up on the Nation WR Talley. You can see France showed up with its only WR because Arthur's WR was on rSL glitch. You can also check May 1, 2017 to see when Thomas had a tie WR with Jascha on rDKJP No SC and notice that there was no Dutch flag in the Nation WR Talley but Ruso and Totom both had the only WRs for their country and both the Spanish and French flags showed up at the bottom because they were both No SC WRs. Sorry if that was excessive for a small bug but I just wanted to point that out

Yikes, I wouldn't do that. It's clear from previous times that he changed his characters a couple times so we can't rule out. I say leave it as Toadette until proven otherwise.

PLUS we might have proof that some of those 2'06s were Toadette but didn't feel the need to post it here since it wouldn't have actively changed anything.
