The site will be down for a few days.

The monthly traffic is starting to exceed the 5GB limit so I am probably going to move the site to a paid domain (.com). Hopefully this will mean less downtime and faster loading...

About flaps: If you guys want the WR history for flaps, I could make a seperate site for it (/mkwiiflaps/). I don't think they are important enough to be included in the main mkwii site and it would clutter the site a lot.

Some other planned features:
-Snapshot on the Recent WRs page (similar to what VinnieC suggested)
-Snapshot on the Longest Lasting WRs page
-Linking profiles between games (for people who have gotten WRs on more than 1 game)

Can I also inquire what is the reason behind Wata-S holding the BCWii WR No Glitch with no evidence for over half a year? Why are we counting it when there is no proof?

No other player would get this kind of treatment, so I think this is somewhat unfair.

I also think it's worth noting that Cole and NOBUO are currently tied for most amount of WRs achieved!

All Cole has to do is get one more and he has the title on his own, which is well deserved imo

Is it doable to include top10 (ww/cont) on a profile of players? I assume that this is probably way to much to do, but maybe their is a "easy" way to do it like for example filter the time database on their date to see how long someone was in a top10.

It sounds like an awesome idea, but the amount of data in there just WR holders across four games is massive, and we have good reliable info for most of it. Doing a top ten thing is unfortunately not feasible at all imo. The exception is at start of game where mindscarps descriptions say when someone entered a top ten, by using mander's daily top ten pics. But after that, there's nothing much doing.

Ok, I set the BC WR to Wata-S' 2'21"803. I had hoped that there would be a video eventually but I agree that 6 months is too long to wait for proof.

IIRC, there was a pic of his 2:21.636 on someone's Friend Rankings. I don't know about his 2:21.320 though. Someone should look through the WR threads and see which players gave us this info. Maybe we could try contacting WataS that way.

It's too much work to add that to the WR site at the moment.

A nice project would be for someone to make a top 10 site that has profiles and a points system/ranking. It would be pretty useful for MKWii and MK7 since there are a variety of different top 10 rankings (WW tops, regional tops, controller tops, flap tops, etc.).

Fixed and updated the new WR videos.

Btw, I was recently shown this video which claims that Yavieron was the one who beat FROSTBEULE on LC, but couldn't upload his time to the charts:

I believe him, but won't add it to the site unless there is proof that Yavieron told someone about this time, since a time is only a WR if we know about it. Also, the date on that video is when the time was uploaded. It doesn't say when Yavieron got that time (just says before Broom's time).
I believe him since I checked Mander's top 10 pics and none of Yavieron's times changed from early July until August 10th (when his MC WR was revealed).
