I'm surprised how anyone could sit and play for so long with college and important life moments hanging around. Sure, there can be leisure time in the day after classes, but that leisure time could be spent further studying or doing something productive.

I don't think I've played any game for about a week now. I give myself 1-2 hours to relaxing internet browsing in between work, but I know that if I let myself start playing games planning to do more work later, it just won't happen, but by the time I've finished the work I want to do, I know that I'm tired to be able to PR - or that playing will mean I become more awake, meaning I take much longer to get to sleep.

My TT sessions last from 30 minutes - 2 hours usually, but every now and then if I'm desperate to get a time I can go on to about 3 hours, but by then I'm seriously demotivated (and sometimes sweaty and hot) and my consistency drops a lot, meaning I'd be very lucky to PR, so I stop.
