Yeah, it's clearly still in effect for "sück my dîck" so the issue isn't resolved.

If you use sucking or sucks, it won't trigger the thing, and if either word is at the start/end of the entire post it won't trigger either. So it must be searching for a really particular phrase like:
[anything][space]sück[space][anything][space][dick or cock][space][anything]

The thing is, I don't think our forum has a swear filter. There is a filter (always has been) but it's pretty much empty. Perhaps it's possible that there is a higher level filter in play, on top of the forum filter, such as a server-side filter that looks at POST/GET parameters. Or maybe it's just the forum filter and I'm not seeing it.
