The shroomspot has changed they are doing it like this

Idk how they do the castle spiral turn though, I can never do so. But he seems to do it all in one long drift coming very close to hitting the right side wall at first then turning very sharp left and collecting all the coins there too. It is not easy, I have never been successul doing it. The new shroom is pretty easy though.
