He grabs 2 on the turn before the glider, then grabs 3 coins with the glider (shrooms to regain height) and then takes the 4 when he gets out. Actually he might take 3 coins on that turn before the glider now that I think about it... Now i'm unsure, he should actually be able to take 10 on lap 1, but i'm pretty sure the ghost only gets 9.

I received a ghost that beats the WR on MC.

I have no idea how to type the Japanese characters. The last character is an X though.

MC 2′01″377 by ...X 41″263 – 39″956 – 40″158 [10-0-0] {1-1-1} Honey Bee + B Dasher + Gold Tires + Super Glider

I am not positive if that is the coin / shroom strat he used it was hard to tell, since I couldnt keep up very close.

Thanks, I do the same except that I take 10 coins on lap 1 (it was just a fail in his PR) but I found why I was a bit slower
