I found a lot of good stuff here:

Course strategy page being the most interesting to read all the comments about strange occurrences and possible strats. They also have a page listing bugs found.

Also they have a frequently updated youtube playlist of all the current WRs here: http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL7F63A5C6BD8848A0

I have also discovered their chatroom and am talking with them!

Also here is their stats. They have more detail on kart stats down to the .25s!
edit - it is really hard to translate them in the chat room but they told me to go here to find the best time trialers of japan

edit 2 - i added about a dozen friend codes. Amongst the chat seemed to be some former wr holders! They said they respected me greatly and it was stunning that i was the first non-Japanese speaker to ever enter their chat! I told them I would not reveal the url out of respect. They are very nice people. I need to sleep now. Goodnight.

No actually he did ruin it, because I tried to join again today and see that the chat is now locked away (and it wasn't because of me because I've been playing wifi with them and they told me to come back whenever I want).

About your question, when are they going to ban me, I'd say never because I'm doing nothing wrong. You on the other hand clearly seem to be coming into this section where you don't belong for no other reason other than to instigate a fight, and that may be cause for a temporary ban or handicap.
