I fear that this game will turn out to be a disaster. Considering the numerous changes from previous games in the franchise, many are turning out to be going in the bad direction looking at the reactions from many people here. Flaps are no longer saved, good characters have been replaced by the most unlikely ones. The list goes on as far as I am concerned. So like I've said, I'm worried this game will be unpopular as a result of these changes. At this rate, considering what many are thinking, the MK7 era could be outlived by its predecessor. What are your thoughts? Huh

I will get the game whatever happens to it. I also don't mind seeing big changes.

The only reason why i'm worried about coins is the fact that he may considerably reduce the potential strats by constraining people to follow similar trajectories / routes, but again i'm saying this without even having looked at how this is actually implemented, so we'll see.

Not having flaps be recorded is my only concern, and I'm not even that upset about, so I'll definitely still be getting this.

Only the people strongly competing on time trial (and that care about flaps) will feel concerned by this change, which is around 0.0001 % of the buyers. They could have left fast laps in but it seems they didn't have the need to program it in the game at all. (Still, that shouldn't have been too much work). This won't significantly affect the final experience. Online is still the true core of the game for most of the players. And we still have 3laps...

This is only your opinion. I personally never used the majority of the characters of MKWii, and while the characters of MK7 are actually represented in mainline games, this is not the case of many characters of MKWii (Waluigi, Toadette, Baby Daisy, Diddy and Funky Kong), they just feel like "fillers", and don't have more legitimacy than the newcomers of MK7.

Anyway the greatest may only use Yoshi and Toad Cool
