Yeh its just designed in a way to be a fun game that you try and beat the computer on again and unlock this and that. Like the blimin achievements system on 360. Just needs some patience i guess.

Now for the coins, in the races you will get some and lose some from being hit. Say i finish a race with just 7, but i did actually collect say 15. Is 15 counted in that race towards the total or just 7?

And what happens when u reach 10 and collect more does that accumulate towards the total or just stay at 10 max for each race?

Hopefully it all accumulates otherwise this is gona take looonng.

Idk if this has been mentioned (i never heard of it before) but apparently in addition to the gold wheels, there's also the gold glider and the gold kart.

all of these can be unlocked respectively by completing all GPs with 1, 2 and 3 stars (in 50cc, 100cc, 150cc, Mirror mode). The glider and kart can also be unlocked with respectively 10 000 and 20 000 coins.

this is wrong, I know people who 3 star’d everything and didn’t get anything for it

those parts apparently exist, but how to unlock them isn’t sure yet… I’ve read you need 100 spotpass for one and whatever else for the other, but who knows

On the related forum some people claimed it was also possible with the coins.
