Ok so dont start sliding well early for no reason, start the jump-slides later and get the MT out reasonably quick if can?

I only got 1'24" on TC but that was with Red wheels and B Dasher... and the regular gliding thingy (dont have the others yet). And which character should i use?

I dont have that Blue car yet from the 1'21" videos, any idea how much faster it is on this track?

Also i dunno how to approach the shroom corner. Theres 3 pipes i go around, tight enough but when im exiting the sand, a few times it slows a little. Also im entering it quite late just to make sure i dont slow on the far end, but doesnt that cost more time driving on for longer?

Ive watched the video, other than not having the blue car its diffcult to judg what im doing wrong. I get all the 10 coins quickly.

I've "dodged" a blue shell by being hit by a red shell before. As far as I remember dodging blue shells by hitting items or throwing a banana in front of yourself was already abused in mkds so I don't see why this comes as a surprise? Though I guess it was removed in mkw (I first remembered it after the shell thing in mk7 myself)

I also seem to be about half a second behind each lap on TC, heh. My best lap being 26.847 =/

Edit: For the ramp thing I started pressing down too because I wondered why the CPUs always passed me on them and it seemed to help. Really haven't tested it either though.

Just read the late turn when drifting thing... God damn the timing is so weird on everything in this game. Startboost being earlier and boost when landing after being brought back on stage by lakitu being later (also after you land)... Messes up my angles a bit, but I can definetly see it helps, heh. Guess this might have been what made me think you lost speed if you didn't drive a little straight after releasing your MT (I believe it is like this in mk64?)
