rMT strat ideas

- 1 shroom at each tc and no sc at the start
- 1 shroom at the start by jumping on the bridge, and shroomless tc
- 1 shroom at the start by going into sc, and shroomless tc
- Shroomless tc and bridge jump, shrooms at glider before finish
- Jumping on the bridge with shrooms, doing Glitch, shroomless tc
- Shroomless jumping on the bridge, shroom at glider
- 0-1-2 shroomstrat due to Wiggler L3 (Low 2:15 pace)
- 0-0-3 shroomstrat due to Wiggler L3 (2:14 pace)
- 1-2-0 / 2-1-0 if having a lot of skill and passing the Wiggler L3 before it blocks the exit
