rCM glider boost is 100 times easier than RRM's glider boost. For RRM, after I go off the glider ramp, I hit up on the stick to go down a little bit so I can grab more coins. Right after collecting the coins is when I dive down. Don't adjust at all after diving down, it will ruin the boost. On laps 2 and 3 it's harder because the coins are gone, so you have to guess the right time to dive down.

Or go down when you passed the gliderpanel. And get the boost carefully by flying low over the pipe. I had a video of my 2'00"836, but lost it due to fucking spammers on Youtube. I was never be able to do it on the way like Evan.

Yeah but is it faster? I think if someone can find a consistent way to do the normal dive and dive onto this it will save a lot of time

I believe for big pipe boost you need to start diving as soon as the pipe leaves the screen. The timing is pretty tricky. As for tree boost, it's mostly about just getting that feeling about where the tree is and diving a little bit when you think you're on top of it. It's tricky because you can't really see the tree you're boosting off.
