the thing with cheating is that it is like a criminal record. once you have it, your credibility is forever dead no matter how much you prove yourself.

i had to deal with a guy like this in the F-Zero website i moderate. the best action was to ignore the guy and delete all his times (he did cheat WR level times so he deserved maximum punishment)
