In case of losing times: what will happen?

I just have lost my times on my MKSC cartridge. I really don't know why, probably becaue my GBA lay in the sun, but I'm not sure.

Anyway, to ask the question: in a case like this, what will happen to my MKSC PP Profile? I have now theoretically no proof for some of my times, only for my WRs and my stronger times. What will happen?

But it won't change anything for you. You have provided many proofs in the past and you are a trust player so I don't see how it could be a problem there. I just hope the data erase won't make you lose your motivation on this game.

oh and to answer the last sentence in your post, it definitely improved my will to get better times, because it's a shame to have this times without a cartridge that could actually proof it.

^This. Basically as long as if we ask for a vid, you can do one that is very close to your old record, you should be fine

Don't worry about it too much. It happens to a lot of people. (That actually happened with my SMK times once.)
