Clicking link in email would bring up this error.  
Error: You have an invalid ID. Please try again.

I had to copy, paste, and fix the link. Many of the symbols ( : / ? = ) in the link were changed to %253A or similar when pasted. Paste link in the address bar and make sure it looks exactly like the link in email.
