I've said it multiple times on the stream's chat and to various people on MSN, but the existance of Dolphin almost means nothing, except for the "meant to delete that" comment fenner made sounding fishy, and him saying that he didn't know what TAS was before the discovery of it on his computer.

Only specific revisions of Dolphin (and now most of the new ones) have TASing tools available on them. That's why I asked on the stream what revision he had, becuase if he had a revision that had TASing tools on it, it could be taken more seriously.

And for the people who don't know, Dolphin is a GCN/Wii emulator. It cannot emulate any previous consoles or handhelds.

Having an emulator doesn't mean he's using it.

The thing is here is that he's playing live and clearly showing the ability to get times in his reach. More over the cart with the replays.

Yes it does. If there is a way for him to get back the VBA and all the saved files if any on it, and he can show himself taking the computer back to an earlier date then immediately showing the program, it pretty much proves that he in fact doesn't TAS unless I'm overlooking something.

A refusal to comply with this, an attempt in the video to hide something, or actually showing TASed files and runs on the other hand makes him a cheater in this aspect.

Saying what he did and if this is possible to do is really the peek and apex of this whole discussion. If he comes clean and keeps livestreaming, we have a true world champion on our hands. If not, then he gets permanently banned, which would be a real shame because I saw his skill in person.

He and I both have Windows 7. I installed then deleted VBA, and it appears in my bin along with many other files, some dating back to 2010. So, the recycling bin on these things doesn't seem to empty on their own, so Fenner must've dumped everything from the recycling bin sometime between yesterday and today when I asked him to show his Recycling Bin with a vid.

Oh, and Fenner maybe I misread what you meant. Did you mean uninstall or delete VBA?

One thing though -- TASing isn't the only way to cheat, so in terms of this site, it really doesn't matter. The existence of the Dolphin program (or any other TAS program) shows that cheating on another MK site may be a possibility. This would not change what is being asked of him whatsoever.
