I'm confused by the situation and don't wish to get involved in the politics of it. However, I think it's undesirable to make a double ranking (Fennerless vs non-fennerless) because it's just confusing and ambiguous. There may be a compromise to maximise overall satisfaction without resorting to multiple ranking pages, such as freezing him for a long time (deny access), renaming his profile (deny credit), or ignoring him from AF/news/awards (deny reward).

Fenner is trusted in MM2. He even has a few nice WRs.

Oh wow, this is indeed a sad moment in kart history.  A #1 player on a site, whether legit or not, that drives people to leave the community's rankings... I don't even know what to say, except I can understand why for sure.  These sort of decisions are always hard, and there is rarely a solution that will make all parties happy in the end.  You are eventually forced to decide among the lesser, of less desirable outcomes, and I have a feeling that time is coming soon.  

I have watched the MKSC site come and go a lot of times, and for some reason, it always just hung by a thread for so long!  While this seems again like one of those times, I think we now have the opportunity to finally rise above and make things right, so finally the MKSC part of kart won't have that permanent stigma assigned to it.

Either way I'll be doing some research on my own.  I'm doing so with Elliott currently, and will do the same with Fenner, and I will reserve my final recommendations until I've found out all that I can.  I have gotten info about Fenner for many months and years, and been loosely following along.  I'm also going to chat with Fenner personally, and see what happens.

But for now, I can see we may only have 2 choices, and if I'm wrong, I guess the parties involved can let us know...

It's eliminate a #1 (that Fried is 85% sure of at best) or Allow tons of other great players to be gone forever?  Hope that's not the choice, but if it is, it is what it is!
