Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. ?

When I click send message it goes back to the forum main page and when I check my Outbox it shows that the message never got sent I can receive PMs still

Try using your account from a different ISP, e.g. library, internet cafe or smartphone. Just make sure it's failing from multiple sources. Tom's problem was that his company firewall had blocked PM sending, so he didn't even get notifications that something on his own doorstep was sabotaging his posts.
