Hahaae, this isn't MKW, people here don't confuse the terms "lines" and "driving ability", get that shit out please before you infect the rest of the forum with this MKW ignorance

racing line - the fastest possible path through a race course

driving ability (mario kart) - the ability to perform various techniques (MTs and the like) proficiently while sticking to the racing line as best as one can

Thing is, all of the listed players have a very similar racing ability as well as the ability to properly keep to the best lines as much as possible. YOU shouldn't bring all of the MKW flames over here.
