I watched Flo' Valandina's MC2 flap video and that strat looks kinda bizarre and hope not forbidden (unlike YD & BP which the shroomspots are unfortunately banned)

Already been discussed, already banned. Slower for this flap anyway.
Another thing that should have been updated in the general rules... can't blame you for that.

The accelerator button is also banned on all courses btw T-Man. It just doesn't say it in the rules. Just so you don't go through all that work to found out more stuff isn't allowed later.
