100% agree. For me , times are not the problem. If you allow him to go back, it's like if you send that message to others players " Hey guys, if we have proofs you cheated, you just need to post your true times with live videos".
For me, second chance shouldn't exist for that kind of case. I think that it's the best way to prevent from seeing more cheaters in the future.

It's been pretty clear. We would like to see you play live. As in, live live. Tongue

The default camera on skype is the webcam. Since you used it, this shouldn't be a problem. This is a really simple process.

I'll make a decision based on a few factors which I will list before a final conclusion.

You can still do it. It is easy to remove skype from your computer by following the instructions on this link:

You can also remove any obvious desktop shortcut or whatever by right-click - Delete.

- do just one video of me playing it live plus replay
- then after I'm done, remove Skype

Very effective in my case. Edit - There's always JustinTV uStream etc., too.
