My take is that those are beyond a reasonable doubt legitimate. I find it very hard to play the keystrokes that closely when trying to fake a replay for fun. His timing with the brake taps were spot on.

Fenner, can you do one more live vid though, with a couple more contingencies? I think what would utterly seal the discussion in regards to your integrity in this would be to show the game cartridge being placed inside the DS, then play through all the opening screens to the course. From there, play live one more time. (I would personally like to see a YD attempt). If you do this, there would be no more room for questioning.

Now, on the forward assumption that he is indeed legit, what should be done in regards to him joining the site? Should he be allowed to join again? Or because of his past record should he be kept in "exile"? Anyone up for discussion?

Well, the MK64 and MKDD sites trust him. He recently had his times added on the MK64 site and he's been on the MKDD site for a long, long time. He also had a few times up on the MKW site.

I would give this boy a chance, he has been though a lot. I've just recently gotten around to making a few videos for you, and Terrence has been making them for some time now, but people still refuse to accept him.  :'(

Didn't we already go through this once with Shock? He was quite legitimate on MKW so why would he lie about times for other games.

This discussion is as stupid as the haters who said Jorge Hernandez wasn't legit even after he made a live YouTube video showing himself playing. He was legit as it turned out.


How can you find any type of argument against a video showing him playing without just completely making up bullshit?  

As April and Mick have already pointed out, the videos in question are without a doubt legitimate. However, Fenner HAS been caught cheating in the past, which is why the sites opinion (or at least the SMK and MKSC site's opinions) have been to just forthright not allow Fenner on the players page.

Regardless of the site administration's (Tom's) opinion, I honestly do believe that we should allow Fenner to compete on the MKSC Player's Page, but under a less lenient ruling in that we need video proof instead of the usual rule of player word (Fenner's word = invalidated as far as I'm concerned) with videos for only WR level times. I have no problems at all allowing Fenner's times that are proven via video so long as we can see the time at the end and console being played on clearly.

But hey, I'm not important enough in the MK community to be able to sway Tom's opinion on that. Just figured I'd post my opinion on it either way.

Fenner, unless you are willing to either get Skype (or some kind of means to do an actual live stream, not this recorded YouTube shit...if not Skype, then Ustream/BlogTV/something like that), or play live in person for someone, I will not even remotely consider voting to let you on. What the fuck makes you think that videos are going to work as "legit" for someone who has cheated before? I'm not speaking for Tom here, but from my end of things, a video won't work for you. If Jorge was required to live stream to be allowed onto the MKW site, then that should be the absolute minimum for you, not that I believe you should even be let back on after the stupid shit you did.

Also, what is with all the excuses about not live streaming/meeting up with Shock? If you were really serious about it, you'd do one or the other. At this point I just think you're doing this to fuck with people and get a bandwagon together to believe your sad story of "oh, the MKSC staff won't unban me" in hopes that a bandwagon can convince us to let you on without live proof. Doesn't work that way. Go cry your river elsewhere if you're not going to do as asked.

That's a perfect example of one of your excuses that make you look extremely fishy Fenner. It seems highly unlikely that someone who can do a video montage doesn't know how to use a webcam or Skype.
