Do you have to mod your controller to do it?


I can do ZZMTs on my GCN, so I'll try SSMTs later.

The main problem is that if I move left-right on the analogue/D-Pad fast enough, then the MT doesn't charge up at all.  


If there is a way to even to them halfway-consistently without TAS, then I'd like to know. SSMT looks more consistent than ZZMT when using Toad. (I would use Bowser, but I want to get a high-ranked spot on the AF with Toad first.)

BTW, if anyone still wonders about those old Hirano Emulator videos, I asked him about them.
