It has to be either a GBA or a SNES track. If it's a SNES track I think it will be DP3 and if it's a GBA track I think it will be LP.

This is the current poll going on at GameFAQs for what the last retro track is:

SNES Vanilla Lake 2 - 2

N64 Royal Raceway - 10
N64 Wario Stadium - 2
N64 Yoshi Valley - 3
N64 Rainbow Road - 1

GBA Cheese Land - 2
GBA Ribbon Road - 1

GCN Rainbow Road - 4
GCN Wario Colosseum - 3

DS Tick Tock Clock - 1

Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. My vote was the GBA Ribbon Road one.

As much as I love Yoshi Valley, Royal Raceway is much more suitable retro track for this game. But having 4 N64 tracks for 2 GCN tracks sounds unfairly unbalanced.
At this point I'd would rather bet on a SNES or GBA track. Lakeside Park would be awesome as it has both water and a ramp, and is long and challenging enough to be in the last cup of the game. Ribbon Road, Snow Land, and maybe SNES DP3 are also fine.

That, and the cars on Toad's Turnpike are about 55 feet taller than you, so even with a glider you'd probably smash into them.
