for the people with 1′22 on TC, do you use the Nin ghost strat mostly?

mine is: steer right, drift right do 1 red MT and 1 blue MT, take the 6 coins, then go straight and do a red LMT, then blue RMT, take three coins (9 total) then do a blue LMT, then drift left and shroom, red LMT after shroom repeat

and I have 1′25″1xx or something

(got same results at start of KC too, not snaking is quicker, just.)

best strategy I’ve seen so far, nice job, other than possibly a better parts combination I don’t see how this is improvable (your parts already look good in terms of handling and MT charging speed)

Roy, that kart sucks, you are beating me because of your shroomspot, you take it much tighter than how I do it (I don’t go inside the pipes like that); it’s the kart I was using in an older PR

guys, Timur claims his strat might be a bit faster, care to test?

before shroom, release blue MT and jump into sand, then shroom and take it as tight as possible, release blue MT after shroom

pros: tighter turn, no slow down on offroad (I’m not sure if there’s any without the hop…)
cons: only a blue MT after the shroom instead of a red one

I think the red MT should still be faster, but throwing the idea out there doesn’t hurt

I’ll try unlocking whatever you guys are using and see if I can compete with you tomorrow
