Indeed, the live replay code is a code specifically written for one controller, there is absolutely no reason why it can't be altered for other controllers.

Smh, live replay code isnt assembled as a code with a controller hex added to it to specify the controller type, the actual code address only allows one type of controller and it just ended up being GCN. Live Replay is a fucked up code, hence why it took forever for ppl to figure out how to make an Act and Deact for it.

So, you've given no reason why there cannot be a code address for any of the other controllers.
Anyway, I know that I don't know the finer points of hacking, all I ever say is that you can't just say 'live replay code isn't for wheel' as evidence to speak defending Victor's legitimacy.

Let me try to rephrase what im saying. There is only one address which makes a ghost stay attached in TT mode and that address can only be achieved with GCN. Go ahead and PM mdmwii or guru. You will get the same answer. Now to De-act and Reactivate it is a different story because simple controller hex's can be added to the code then a De-act can be generated and added on at the end of the code. Reactivating the code after a De-act is funny lol, the ghost continues back the path it was meant to do but since it was taken off its original path it hits walls and shit lmao. I have the code for all regions of MK so i know what it looks like and how it works.

My guess is that you assume the code is like a base code with controller hex's that can be added to change the controller type. Live Replay is nothing like that. It's a lengthy code with no controller hex in it but can only work for GCN.

In order to De-act and Reactivate it, you still have to use GCN but you can add additional controllers for a simultaneous effect . My Live Replay with Act & De-act involves using Wiimote and GCN simultaneously. When a time is submitted even with the multiple controller method, it still logs in as GCN.

As long as people still enjoy the site and have use for it for reference/history etc. then it can be live once more. I did not plan to take the site down - the expiry date simply passed without me noticing. I still take an interest when a new WR is set, so I can continue to update the site (even if it is not regular - I think the site is more useful for reference than for up-to-the minute updates).

Fifthed. This site is fantastic, it'd be such a shame for such a brilliant source of information to be lost.
I don't mind that it isn't updated often at all, it's more the older WRs that are great to study than the now much less common current WRs.
