Updated a whole load of messages, mainly from Mr. Farrell-Spam

New joiner Andrew Buchan I think typo'd on RKB2. He wrote:

I went ahead and updated that as 38"81 on the course.

I may have easily made mistakes, as I was doing a lot of copying/pasting and trying to make the parser function with this Yahoo Groups format, the coloring/warning system of the parser isn't reliable, there was a lot of SC/non-SC back-and-forth, and all-in-all an hour of my life is now gone and I am relying on you guys a bit here to be my double-checkers.... lol

Hey, Andrew here. Sorry for any mistakes I've made...I'll check out that time when I'm next able to, which unfortunately won't be for a few weeks! Changing 2 to 3 seems reasonable to me though. Thanks for doing all of this!

Hi there, me again. I've finally got access to my GBA and the time is 28"81. I'm not really sure what to make of that to be honest - it's an extremely good time even by SC standards and it seems way too good compared to my other times!

Unfortunately I can't remember what strat I used (I did most of my runs years ago), and you can't view replays for the retro tracks, but is it possible that there's some sort of glitch that isn't even allowed in SC that I might have used?

Either way it looks like I need to redo this track on non-SC at least.
