In a WRs thread like this it's implied that any time posted is a WR, so putting a * for an untied WR would be redundant.

The Non-ZZMT WR should be attributed to Mick (12"50).

If he hadn't hopped, then he would have charged it long enough for a non-ZZMT MT, but the hop let him take the turn better, probably enough to cut that 0.03 off Mick's time. I think the non-ZZMT record should be attributed to Mick.

Since non-ZZMT racing is gaining some momentum, I think it is necessary that we have a thread that makes it clear/official what requirements must be met in order for a time to be recognized as a non-ZZMT record.

As Jonathan and I were discussing, he and I think any times accepted as non-ZZMT records up to this point should continue to be counted, but after we've reached a consensus on the rules, all future records must conform to those rules to be considered legitimate.

We think that in order for a time to be recognized as a non-ZZMT record, it must be raced on a non-ZZMT console, or the run must have no MTs in it at all. If a time is claimed non-ZZMT but it has at least one MT and was raced on a modded console, in order to count it must be recorded and it must be absolutely clear from the video that no ZZMTs were used. I think this should strongly be an exception to the rule, and it should be relatively rare that a time set on a modded console with an MT be approved.

Is this fair? Thoughts?
