Ya man, literally everything fell together (lap transitions, shrooms, bridges, even got the fucking chain wheelie). I wasn't even that nervous and it shows it during lap 3. I saw I was 0.240 ahead going into it and just shrugged it off. But the heart break was real, felt like I got stabbed in the chest. It's very rare that I fail, sleep, and still give a fuck the next morning. Devastating. The skill is undoubtedly there at this point, those type of runs are extremely rare but I seem to be getting at least one per session now. It sucks that it has to go this way, slowly getting closer and closer to finishing... Taking some days off to regroup and will hopefully come back refreshed next week. Getting too invested in this.

idk why i continued with that shit lap 1 (I didn't even bounce off the side, i like used the side of the halfpipe to readjust), but yep Undecided

i had to hop to readjust right before last zipper, that plus missing triple net cost me the WR improvement and sub

with a 43.8 lap 1, that run is a 2:15.5 ... fuck mt in 2017 lmfao

no turn skip, huge drop lap 3 and no air on bridge = rip ... i was tied with my 2:16.100 WR at time of chain wheelie

Had to hop during one bridge so it was basically 2/3

Panicked and did the final turn wide/slow, also missed the chain. Missed that asshole sub again but this should be a good ghost to race finally

Edit- just rewatched, I was tied with braixen lap 3 (more or less) and well ahead of Cole going into the final waterfall, got wrecked there and on the final turn/straight. Will be a sick ghost to race. I really wanted a ghost with a good time and my play style that has a strong pace going into the final half of lap 3 (to mitigate nerves)

At least, as long as I continue racing ghosts. The amount of fantastic runs I've bottled at the lap 3 waterfall is fucking pathetic (some due to randomness some entirely due to my nerves). The amount of effort I've put into this... I could've easily subbed 18 on GV by now had I played that instead Smiley

Anyway my sickness has healed so it's back to only being able to play a few hrs/week Smiley

Maybe I should haha. I just had a short but fire session in which I got a 59.048 59.034 and 59.018. I remember when I used to struggle to get .0xx, now I'm sick of them Grin

Failed the final waterfall and missed the final chain AGAIN ahahah so pathetic, I've only had a couple sessions since subbing a month ago but this should have been a .8 at least as lap 3 should have been .5xx. At least I've subbed twice now Smiley

Also since stopping YF I played GV a bit, had several runs fail WR on the final turn lap 3 if not elsewhere. Best run ended up being a 19.007 I think with a lap 1 0.8 slower than niyake's. Also hit two low 19.1s with lap 1s over a second slower than niyake's. His starting strat is virtually irreplicable which is why he probably hasn't improved since beating me

Failed at least 6 or 7 (that I can actually remember) 58.8 or 58.7 paced runs at the bridge l3 last night (missed the stick every fucking time somehow), countless mid-low .6 openers (MT), etc.

I'll stream for the first time since 2017 tonight unless something comes up, stay tuned. Wanted to stream yesterday but didn't want to overlap Nick
