In interesting idea that puts everyone on an equal playing field.
That considered, part of what I'm looking forward to this game is the challenge of playing with people who have played previous mafia games and the fact that i've already played one. As a first time player no one knows how you tick or how you go about playing and its easy to hide behind "im new". A second or third time around a clever player can pick up on patterns and behaviors from another player from their previous actions in former games.
I suggest there be a running tally on who comes out on the winning team the most often. While there is definitely luck involved, a skillful player would usually be on the winning side more often than not.
Maybe we can give out "official" titles to repeat winners so that not only is there incentive to come back and play and keep on winning, the new guys can know exactly what they are up against which makes it that much more challenging for that person to win again.
