A video uploaded to YouTube will not suffice and you know it. The only possibly way to prove any legitimacy whatsoever is for that exact thing to happen live on stream showing your Wii start up from being shut off and powered on with your hands shown while playing. You're only wasting your own time and our time with all this nonsense. As others have previously stated, you could mess with some unaware random YouTube users out there (sorry if that sounded a bit harsh) but when it comes down to it you cannot fool us or anyone who pays attention. Stop wasting your time.

As for everyone else, don't let this be a welcome invitation to continue commenting about his recent video or his legitimacy as a "normal" racer. Just end it here and get back on to what the topic was for: tool assisted related things. Let this be a warning, all flames that may arise will be deleted after this message.

Walter, listen to this message. It's valuable. I know it sounds like we are asking a bit much from you at the moment with proving yourself but you dug your own grave and you have to lay in it. Youtube videos are not sufficient at this point anymore because of how many times you've betrayed our trust in the time's past. We're not a bunch of Youtube dummies here, in fact, most of us here are very intelligent, more so than most people.

The only person that you're fooling here is yourself, just stop with this nonsense. You can do whatever you want, if you feel like continuing to screw up the charts then there is nothing we can do to stop you. I just hope someday you wake up and get hit by some reality, and realize that doing this to a video game isn't going to get you anywhere in life. No one will respect you for what you have done. Maybe you could try fixing what you've done by erasing your times (yes I'm sure you know some way to do it), and then taking the appropriate steps to prove yourself.

So yeah, you shouldn't be allowed on the site at all, and no one is going to believe your WR fails at all, why would a player of WR skills bother to put TASed times on the charts? Doesn't make any sense to me. All of us would love to be proven wrong, but at this stage it will take much more than Youtube videos to prove yourself.

Nick, please don't delete.

Just a little idea that popped in my head yesterday, forgot to mention it here. I could have mentioned it in new strat ideas, but I thought it was best suited here.

On rWS, entering laps 2 & 3, it's possible to land the last trick on the brown area, where the ground slopes. If you continue the wheelie to the first ramp, you could maybe hop to the left and clip the ramp in such a way you could get a very low trick.

I've tried this on my Wii and managed to get through without any air time. Sorry if you don't understand. You could say it's like those bumps on DKSC before the shroomspot.

That sounds like a plausable idea, but surely the trick boost from the right side of bump will give you a wide turn and from the left you still have more distance to cover...I think it may be faster but I am not completely sure

I did this during Web's challenge series, but I never used this to clip the end and get a stupidly low trick. Sounds like a good idea on paper but I would be quite surprised if this worked. I would bother to try but rWS isn't exactly my course.

Good TAS!

Is it just me or is he shrooming too late though? I thought shrooming earlier gives you better line up which was ultimately faster?

shrooming as early as possible is fastest cause of more wheelie time
i think Daisy can sub 2:30 as well

Shrooming earlier would have required a wider line before in order to not go off-road after, and therefore a later MT release before the stairs. Later MT and longer distance might make you lose more time than you gain by shrooming a bit earlier. Then again, I just went with the line I got when releasing the superman MT first frame and didn't test anything else because the result seemed good, so I can't be absolutely sure.

For the spiral, it's a bit tricky to be honest. Taking the first half as tight as possible makes you go wide after MT release. On the other hand, taking it as wide as necessary not to go wide after MT is not good either. So I went with a middle road, first half a bit wider than in my previous run to make the second half a bit tighter. All I know is I gained a good 0.05 to 0.1 against the ghost.

If you didn't see my comment on YouTube, have you tried doing 3 miniturbos on the spiral?  IIRC Mullac claimed it was faster a while ago.

I suggested to Guill when he did his TAS and he said it was slower, though I guess that should not be taken as fact.

I need help from mkdasher / Ltax...

The first ramp at Rainbow Road. How are you able to clip it like that to get a super low trick? I'm able to perform the moonjump so that I land on the very edge of the ramp, but one of the three things always happen;

- Barely overshoot the ramp and fall down the hole
- Clip the ramp but get some sort of weird backlag that sends me high and makes me travel extremely slow in the air
- I clip the ramp and get the low trick, but fall directly down the hole afterward.

If I could manage to get this I think I could cut significant time off of my record but I have no idea how doable it is. I'm having extreme trouble. I could upload a video of the three scenarios if that would help.

Any help is appreciated. Smiley
