I don't even see how his identity is a problem. People call him Jorge when i saw his WR on Rainbow Road Wii. Obvoiusly hes real and his times are obviously legit.

Hes also one of the few people who could actually take MJ

Jorge also did this the year before he joined (joined the 2008 site), but under a different name, and then inexplicably denied that he'd done it.

Btw, the reason Jorge is not on the site, is because of Jorge. He point-blank refused to cooperate/reply to the proof mods requests.

Biggest problem for me , when you know something is wrong, is next. Jorge was the nicest kid here on the MB (same as Karina ) but just as he was discovered he made a vid in which he said some very bad things about Jeff G. Now what was the purpose of that .
Also saying that Lacey doesn´t think he is legit but Lacey never heard of him before that. So that nice kid lying and insulting people for some reason. You do that when you want to deceive or hide something. On the other side he is really nice here on the MB after some rough attacks.
So he comes in with insults and accusing people and then ,out of nowhere, he handles some bad attack on him like a few grown people can handle and no 13 year old. Think again why would someone do that, something is wrong here right away.
Times are real and should be on the site but the problem is next. We had 4-5 fake players in the past. 1 person is behind all of them maybe 2. Now imagine MJ makes 4-5 fake identities. Yeah we would have some great battles here but we would watch a 1 man show. The rankings would be useless then and the site would be destroyed.
Look at 2009 site, someone is making multiple fake accounts. There is obviusly a person in MK64 world who does that and he is a great karter (Karina and JFM had top 5 potencial IMO) but we must not let him destroy the main site.

It's just a shame that there will be times ad videos out that are faster than some of the "WR's".

What I don't understand is if his identity is the problem why can't you just put the times on the page as Person X or something? Real times are real times.

And yes, Brett is my real name. Worst case scenario I can show you my school ID or something.  

Jorge did show us his school ID. I guess it's just strange someone who is so good would wait that long to send us vids. He also claims he had all his records on video but lost them or something.

    even not considering consequences like that, I think it's a sound principle that we only allow times driven by identified persons.

and are those times real? I admit the vids look convincing, but I know precious little about which ways there are to fake vids.
