Get rid of handicapped accounts

Handicapped accounts are annoying and make posting meaningful on topic things impossible! The damage being done to the mario kart MB with these handicapped accounts is immeasurable - it reflects badly on the administration responsible and clearly shows an almost criminal lack of thinking. I say for freedom that these accounts should be removed, FOREVER!

When he tries to post, he gets an error and has to try again... and again... and again. Eventually (16% of the time) it works. Since Brutus and oneshot like wasting other people's time with annoying and useless posts, they kind of deserve to have some of their own time wasted.

If the modly powers wanted to be mean they would request for me to also handicap their viewing of topics, not just their replying to posts. Fortunately, we're bursting with ideas. But we don't want to drive them totally crazy just yet.
