Everytime I see old videos of me playing battle mode I realize how much I've improved since. It was the same when I watched vids in 2009 of matches from 2008, etc. An ongoing process of gradual improvement, perhaps this year I'll be ready for a semi final spot @ the CDM! That'd be a fantastic result, but it will of course depend on the form of the day and the strength of the competition. Either way I can't wait! BM is my favourite mode at the Championnat, of this there can be 0 doubt. Cool

Ya I asked Leyla about it, all the boys in her class bet that this guy could beat her in a race at smk. Her best friend filmed it and a load of their classmates visited to eyewitness this... Now I went to the same school as they were in when i was their age. Back in that time, if it ever happened that a girl would destroy a boy at a video game like that, the boy's life would be seriously over... Lips Sealed

Set up a few Match Race challenges on Saturday, and decided to video a few for fun. Youtube has been mega slow so I have yet to upload the rest and will post them here, the summary was as follows:

Leyla Hasso vs Anna Moon - Match Race (19-1 win for Leyla):

(Maia Hasso was spectating with a front row seat) Smiley

Leyla Hasso vs Matthew McCarthy - Match Race (18-2 win for Matt)

Ben Allen vs Matthew McCarthy - Match Race : (Initial round was 11-9 win for Matt but the camera battery died after MC1 so we don't have the full video. However MC1 was funny with a red trailing through the track. Ben couldn't shake it off so he had an idea how to get rid of it Smiley

Matthew McCarthy vs Ben Allen - Match Race, take 2, with working camera... (14-6 win for Ben)

Then (off topic) we just did some Street Fighter stuff between The Gaff and Biff... havent had a chance to prepare and upload this yet.
