It's as Scott says. Jamie got banned and he uses a lot of IP ranges, so I just banned all the ones he uses the most often. Your range is, unfortunately, one of his most common (about 3700 posts). So you are unlucky enough to be associated with him even if you don't know him or like him. Feel free to punch him in the face next time you see him. The third person affected is Glitch_boss, but he hasn't been around for a while.

You address appears to be dynamic as well. It changes a lot. So to unban it I have to unban the range, which also unbans Jamie. Which nobody wants.

If he has never made a post, then I would not see his name appear in the list of people who use a particular IP range that I want to ban. Does he have a static IP address (i.e. it never changes) or is he on a dynamic address (i.e. it changes each time he connects to the internet)? If it's static then I can fix it easily.
