Registration Problem

I have a friend who is really addicted to MKWii. He asked for me if I know people who plays it, and I told him about the site and the forum. Like 2 or 3 days ago he finally decide to register at the forum.
A couple of hours later he received a message telling him that his pre-registration was complete, but he didn't have a password for access. Since then he has been waiting for an e-mail giving him a password, but he doesn't receive it. What is the problem?
