Restaurants just disguise their food as being more healthy.

I'm looking at some of this stuff for the Olive Garden, 1500-2000 calories? Knowing that most portions are too large, it's hard to believe some people clean their plates. It's hard to go anywhere and not see overweight folks. Don't forget the silent killers like high blood pressure and blood clots, fortunately those don't catch up with you until later in life. Just like drugs, you have to enjoy junk food and stuff like this in moderation. Food tastes good when there is fat in it and fat attracts the fat.

Regular McDonald's burger comes in at a meager 250 calories, plus it's a lot cheaper!

I ain't much for competitive eating but it couldn't take much more than 30 seconds to put that down.
